Rated as one of the best restaurants in NJ and in fact the US, Restaurant Nicholas proved to be an excellent meal and the best I have had in NJ to date. Each course was well thought out and prepared. I started with the crab salad as an appetizer and then had the lobster done two ways in butter and as an etouffe. This reastaurant is a must try if you are in the NJ area.
