Enjoyed Thatcher McGees  which is an Irish pub in Denville, NJ after golf with my boys Connor and Tyler at Flanders Valley.  Irish fish bites with boom boom sauce were really excellent and the bar was pretty cool.

I don't usually post non-restaurant food but I did enjoy Chris Twillman's apple cinnamon square at the Scott's Olympic's event.

Recommend the shrimp and calamari appetizer with a nice mayo sauce for dipping. Americana Dinner sets up my meeting in East Windsor, NJ.  Not your ordinary dinner. I had to update the Americana dinner with these excellent deviled eggs with salmon - really scrumptious.

Nice night back at Washington Street Bistro and our usual cod pie selection.  Don S. seemed to enjoy the heirloom tomato salad, the pate terrine and the pan-seared fish special.
